Home renovation has been a passion of mine for years. My understanding of quality construction and experience in the right way to do things provides an edge in seeing concerns that are potentially problematic. I enjoy sharing that expertise with homeowners. Since starting KB Inspections, I've helped hundreds of homeowners and perspective homeowners feel confident in the condition of their homes. 

I have spent the last 25 years in the Door & Hardware industry with the last 16 years as a Project Manager. My bachelor's degree in Communications from Purdue University has been an asset over the years and allows me to communicate to my clients with great clarity. I am proud of my consistent Five-Star ratings and strong reviews. They speak volumes about the merit of my service and the rapport I strive to develop with my clients. 

My approach is to complete a thorough home inspection, answer questions and ensure you receive an easy-to-understand and detailed report. I have done extensive research and have selected the most comprehensive reporting software available. Between my keen observations, numerous pictures and thorough report, you will gain a good understanding of your home.
