I offer a full range of home inspections services and I'm adding new services weekly. Please check back on a regular basis if you don't see a service listed.
This is my normal home inspection that covers an existing home whether for the home buyer, seller or owner.
Want to be proactive and see what might come up when you go to sell your home? Then ask for a Pre-Listing home inspection. This allows you to see potential issues and get them resolved before listing your home for sale.
This home inspection is for the buyer and allows you to see what functional or safety issues the home may have so you can make a well-informed decision. Your report will show maintenance and/or defects that you should know about and it will also let you know about equipment that is nearing its end of service life.
This is a perfect home inspection if you've owned your home for an extended period of time and you want to see what maintenance issues you might need to start addressing. This allows you to budget for repairs or replacement of equipment that is nearing the end of its service life.
Please check back regularly for new services provided.
Septic Inspections are very important for current homeowners and new buyers alike. In both cases, a septic inspection allows you to understand the condition the septic tank is in and also the different levels of sewage within the tank. This allows for clients to see if the system is healthy and if the tank is in need of pumping.
Do you know where your septic system and its components are located? If you are a current homeowner or you are buying a home with a septic system and don't know where it is, I can locate the system and provide pictures and drawings to help you know where the system is.
By doing a drinking water test, you can see if your system contains different types of bacteria so steps can be taken to resolve any issues. This should be done when buying a new home or even done for current homeowners on a periodic basis.
Wood destroying insects such as termites and carpenter ants are common and cause millions of dollars of damage every year across the U.S. Whether you have lived in your home for years or you are buying a new home, it's a good idea to know if you have had, or currently have wood destroying insects in your home.
This mobile home inspection allows you to see and understand the safety and functional issues the home may have so you can make a well-informed decision. This will also focus attention on the biggest safety issue a mobile home has, how it's anchored.
Using a drone, I can take footage, either photos or videos, to get a full view of a property. I can also take photos from the ground level to get a real feel for what the property looks like.
After a home inspection, buyers may ask to have certain repairs done before closing on the home. Depending on the repairs, you may want a professional to join you on the final walk through to confirm that all has been done properly and is working as expected.
Mold is very bad for a home and for its occupants. A mold inspection allows you to understand problems going on in a home that you can't necessarily see. A test can be done to see what mold is in the home so you can then figure out how to deal with it.
